Introduced in 1987, Italy’s dot IT country-specific domain extension is really popular both locally and in the English-speaking world. The reason is that the domain is a pronoun, which can be used for building imaginative and interesting domain names – write.it, youcanmake.it and so on. This is a way to create an easy-to-remember domain name, so that it will be easier for your visitors to come back to your website or to give it with coworkers and pals. The domain extension can also be used for a website, which is connected to the information technology sector in view of the fact that IT is an abbreviation, which is in use around the world.

Having in mind that .IT domains are not offered directly by IT-NIC, the Registry that supervises this TLD, such a domain can be acquired through a 3rd-party domain provider, such as ours.
